Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept PayPal, Switch, Visa and MasterCard. Payments are handled through PayPal using their secure payment system. We do not see or retain your credit card details.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. |

Returns Policy Before any goods can be returned you must first contact the company by e-mailing returns@ukbikeparts.com within 7 days of receipt. A returns note will be created and sent back to you via e-mail.
Defective goods must be returned to the Company in a condition, which would be acceptable to our supplier for return.
Non-defective goods may only be returned if they have not been fitted or used. They must be returned in their original undamaged packaging and be in a condition, which would be acceptable for resale.
A refund of the purchase cost of the goods will be carried out within fourteen days of receipt of return, provided the above criteria have been met.
Carriage costs cannot be refunded as these are outside of our control.
